I hope you all had a wonderful
holiday season. Though I hate being the task master, it is time
to get back to taking care of your health needs. Your first duty
is to drink plenty of water. You may add Celtic SaltTM,
a fresh lemon slice, Elderberry ExtractTM or Cayenne
Pepper ExtractTM for flavor. Next, it’s time to look
at your diet. You have probably made some small New Years
resolution around losing a few pounds over the next few months.
Don’t be fooled by fad diets in magazines. They may do more harm
than good. Be sensible. Losing weight does not necessarily mean
eating less food. It means eating nutrients that your cells can
burn more efficiently as fuel. Stay away from breads and grains,
and stick primarily to vegetables and proteins; especially
proteins with good fat from fish and organic chicken. These
foods do burn better so you will notice a considerable
weightloss through proper nutrition. You will not have to starve
yourself. In fact, a tuna steak with green veggies will fill
your stomach nicely. When you wake up the next morning your
pants will fit looser! You will also notice an increase in
energy. Add some exercise and healthy thinking and you have a
recipe for a healthy beginning to the New Year. Our biofeedback
technology can assist you with certain problem areas if you
should so choose. Please make this a healthier and happier New
Year for you and your family members.
